Overview
We offer a 30-Day return policy, which means you have 30 Days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue. This policy is designed to protect our business while providing clear expectations for customers.
SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING
- Please allow 1-3 Business Days for us to process your order before it is shipped.
- Shipping times begin after the order has been processed.
- Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping method. Estimated dates are provided but not guaranteed.
SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, shapewear must be unworn, unused, and tried on over undergarments to remain eligible for return.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
SECTION 3 – RETURN PROCESS & SHIPPING LABELS
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error by our store or our supplier.
- In cases where the return is our fault, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Items must be shipped back within the approved return window.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
SECTION 4 – DAMAGES, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- Inspect your order upon arrival.

- If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
SECTION 5 – NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items not returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags where applicable
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
- Items marked as final sale or gift cards
- Shapewear or other personal care items that are not in original, unworn, and unused condition
Items returned due to sizing issues may be eligible for return only if they are unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned in accordance with our return instructions.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

SECTION 6 – EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, place a new order after your return is approved.
SECTION 7 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to approval based on the order’s processing status. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
SECTION 8 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER (FORCE MAJEURE)
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
SECTION 9 – EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still meet all return conditions listed above.
SECTION 10 – REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
