  • All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Once an order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the item purchased, stock availability, order size, and your delivery location.
  • Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–10 Business Days after processing.
  • Some items may take longer or shorter than this estimate depending on size, handling requirements, or inventory status.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur for reasons outside our control.
  • Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders: Orders totaling $200 or more may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. By placing an order that meets this threshold, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement. If delivery is missed due to a required signature, the customer is responsible for coordinating redelivery or pickup with the shipping carrier.

SECTION 3 – TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misrouted packages once a tracking number has been issued and the package is in the carrier’s possession.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error by our store or our supplier.
  • In situations where the error is ours, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label at our discretion.

SECTION 5 – DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or shipping disruptions
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

We may expand international shipping in the future, and applicable terms will be updated at that time.
